A Story of Someone- 5/3

I spent a lot of time outside this weekend- I even have the sunburn on top of my head (ouch) to prove it. My Sunday morning started with a bike ride to the Venice Pier and then in the middle of the day, I walked down to the cliffs to do some paperwork outside. I figured since it was so nice out, I might as well bring my work outdoors and enjoy the gorgeous day.

Anyone who follows me on Instagram knows that I have a thing for benches and strangers sitting on them. So today's photo is of a lovely man who was enjoying his Sunday as well. I happened to sit in the shade of the palm tree behind him and watched (but not in a creepy way) as he looked around and just seemed content with where he was.

With the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean on a clear, clear day, I just couldn't resist capturing this moment and this sweet man.
