A Story of Someone- 5/10
(Yes I know I'm very late in posting this. Please excuse my tardiness. I'll try to be better!)
Mother's Day Weekend found me in Washington, D.C. for work staffing the Susan G. Komen Washington, D.C. Race for the Cure. It's the second year that I've been lucky enough to work this event. And it's the second year that I've managed to be with my sister Meghan and my mother on Mother's Day.
My photo of someone, however, isn't of my mother or Meghan or any mother. But it is of Molly (who I used to babysit and who I'll be meeting up with in Ireland next month!) and Meghan's daughter Quinn. This photo was captured outside of Krispy Kreme and I love the sweetness of Molly and Quinn totally enjoying being around one another.
I knew Molly from the day she was born and it was so fun to see Molly and Quinn hit it off and enjoy each other's company so much. And it's wild to think of Molly having the same kind of relationship with Quinn that we have been able to enjoy with her all these years.
I mean...how cute are these two?!
