Double W- 8/12/2011
I've been slacking off on Weight Watchers this week.
I skipped spin every single day.
I ate poorly.
I haven't been getting enough sleep- evident by the fact that I'm still up at 1030pm the night before a 450am Super Shuttle pick-up.
But I went to weigh-in this morning to face the music.
And I'll go into my Maine vacation with the goal of losing and not gaining more weight.
I'm not "taking a vacation from myself."
I've packed my sneakers and workout clothes. I've got my yoga routines on my iPhone and my yoga mat packed.
I can do this.
I will do this!
