A huge thank you to my body for being able to run 1.67 miles in 22 minutes today during my first day back at the gym since October 22, 2010.

I honestly wasn't sure what my body would be able to do. But figured I'd set the timer to 22 minutes (shoutout to you Aim!) and see what I could do. I was pleasantly surprised that I ran the entire duration.

My legs are already sore, but it feels great!

A small thank you to the ladies of The View for keeping me entertained during part of the 22 minutes. Their pre-guest conversations are painful to get through, but it did help me work through some aggression and motivation to keep things moving along!
